About Royaltē

Royaltē is the world's first Music Backend Intelligence™ platform — the intelligence layer behind your music.

Streaming services show you plays and followers. Royaltē shows you the business behind them: the registrations, the metadata, the identity records, the coverage gaps, and the changes that actually determine what you get paid.

Think of it as Mission Control™ for your music business.

Every release in your catalog has a public side — what fans see and stream — and a backend side. The backend is where your royalties actually live: ISRCs, ISWCs, splits, registrations, publisher and PRO records, platform identity, and territory coverage.

Music Backend Intelligence™ is the practice of continuously reading that backend so the gaps that quietly cost artists money become visible before they compound.

Royaltē reads it for you, scores it, and tells you what's worth your attention.

Royaltē continuously analyses the infrastructure behind your catalog and surfaces what's working, what's broken, and what may be quietly costing you revenue.

Each scan produces a Royaltē Health Score™ across the dimensions that determine whether your music gets paid correctly — Identity Intelligence™, Publishing Intelligence™, Catalog Intelligence™, Monitoring Intelligence™, and coverage. Mission Control™ keeps those numbers up to date as your catalog evolves and as the platforms behind it change.

What you get is visibility you can't get anywhere else, and a clear list of what to do next.

Independent recording artists, songwriters, managers, labels, producers, and rights holders.

If you have a catalog you care about — and you've ever suspected something in the backend isn't right — Royaltē is built for you.

No. Royaltē does not distribute music and is not a replacement for DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, or any other distribution service.

Royaltē sits alongside your distributor. While they push your releases out to platforms, we read what comes back — surfacing the registrations, identity records, and metadata problems that distributors don't audit on your behalf.

No. Royaltē identifies and surfaces opportunities — it never collects, recovers, or chases payment on your behalf.

When a scan finds missing registrations, identity issues, or metadata problems that may be reducing what you earn, Royaltē tells you exactly what they are and where to act. The collection still happens through your existing distributor, publisher, PRO, or collection society.

The Free Scan

The free scan is your first look at Mission Control™. Paste a Spotify or Apple Music artist link and Royaltē reads your catalog's backend — surfacing your Royaltē Health Score™, the intelligence engines that drive it, and the highest-impact items already affecting your music business.

It's designed to show you how much of your backend you've never seen. No commitment.

The Royaltē Health Score™ is a 0–100 reading of your music business backend. It combines the Royaltē intelligence engines — identity, publishing, catalog, monitoring, and coverage — into a single executive-grade view of how protected your catalog actually is.

A high score means the backend behind your music is registered, attributed, and visible. A lower score points to specific places revenue may be leaking. Every point in the score is traceable to a specific finding.

No. Drop in a Spotify or Apple Music artist link and the scan returns in seconds. Creating an account is what unlocks Mission Control™ and ongoing monitoring.

Most scans complete in seconds. Larger catalogs may take slightly longer while Royaltē cross-references registrations, identity records, and metadata across the platforms behind your releases.

03

Royaltē Review™ & Mission Control™

A Royaltē Review™ is the full executive read of your music business backend. It expands on the free scan with deeper analysis across every intelligence engine, the reasoning behind each finding, the confidence supporting it, and clear recommendations you can take back to your distributor, publisher, or PRO.

You receive it as a structured report and as your live Mission Control™ dashboard.

Mission Control™ is your ongoing intelligence dashboard for the business behind your music. It keeps every score, every finding, and every change in one place — and updates as Royaltē continues watching your catalog.

It's the difference between a one-time report and a continuously protected catalog.

Identity Intelligence™ verifies who you are across the platforms that pay you — Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, YouTube Official Artist Channel, and the registries behind them.

It surfaces duplicate profiles, missing official-artist confirmations, and identity records that don't match across providers. Identity problems are some of the most expensive backend problems in music — and the most invisible.

Publishing Intelligence™ reads what's known about your compositions in the publishing world — MLC registrations, ISWCs, writer credits, and publisher information.

It tells you which works are registered, which are missing, and where the gaps in attribution sit that determine whether mechanical and performance royalties flow to you.

Yes. Once you activate Mission Control™, Royaltē continues watching your catalog. When a registration appears, an identity record changes, or a coverage gap opens, you see it — and you see what to do.

Continuous visibility is the point.

With Mission Control™ active, you don't need to. Royaltē continues reading your backend and surfaces changes as they happen.

If you prefer manual scans, once per release cycle is a reasonable cadence — but the value of Royaltē is that you stop having to remember.

Every finding is traceable. Each one carries a confidence rating and the data source behind it — verified provider data, registry observations, or inferred signals — so you can see exactly why Royaltē surfaced it before you act.

Findings supported by verified provider data are presented as confirmed. Inferred or partially supported signals are clearly labelled. Nothing is asserted without a reason you can read.

Royalties, Coverage & Compatibility

No. Royaltē does not collect, recover, or chase royalties.

What Royaltē does is identify why royalties may be missing — unregistered compositions, identity mismatches, ISRC or ISWC gaps, incomplete writer attribution, missing publisher information, or coverage breaks across platforms. Once Royaltē surfaces what's wrong and where, you or your team take that intelligence to your distributor, publisher, PRO, or collection society.

The recovery happens through your existing rights infrastructure. Royaltē's job is to make sure you finally know what to ask for.

Yes. Publishing Intelligence™ reads your compositions against the MLC and surfaces works that are not registered, missing ISWCs, incomplete writer credits, or missing publisher information.

If something that should be registered isn't, you'll see it.

Yes. Catalog Intelligence™ reads the metadata behind your releases across the platforms that distribute them and surfaces inconsistencies that can reduce attribution, slow payments, or limit discovery — ISRC mismatches, title or artist name variants, missing credits, and similar.

Metadata problems are a frequent silent cause of unpaid royalties.

Spotify and Apple Music are fully integrated today. Royaltē reads identity, presence, and catalog coverage across both, and cross-references each with the publishing registries behind your compositions.

Additional platforms — including Tidal, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, and SoundCloud — are on the roadmap and will appear inside Mission Control™ as their adapters land.

Yes. Royaltē was built to read music backends globally. Territory-aware coverage is part of the intelligence engine, and platform availability is checked across international storefronts.

If you release internationally, Royaltē reads internationally.

No. Royaltē sits alongside the rest of your music business infrastructure and makes it visible. Your distributor still pushes releases. Your publisher still administers your compositions. Your PRO still tracks public performance.

What Royaltē does is read everything they produce and tell you whether it's actually working for you. Think of Royaltē as the layer above your existing stack — the intelligence layer that surfaces what each of them, individually, can't.

05

Data & Privacy

No. Royaltē does not sell, share, or rent your data to advertisers, data brokers, or any third party. Your catalog data is used solely to deliver the intelligence service you've requested. The full commitment is in our Privacy Policy.

Your catalog and audit data are used to deliver and improve the Royaltē intelligence service. Anonymous, aggregate signals — such as overall scan distribution at the platform level — may inform how Royaltē evolves over time, but never in a way tied back to you.

The specifics are in the Privacy Policy.

You do. Royaltē processes your catalog data on your behalf to deliver the intelligence service — it doesn't own it. You can request deletion at any time, and Royaltē processes deletion requests per the timelines set out in the Privacy Policy.

Yes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@royalte.ai; deletion requests are actioned within 30 days.

Audit submissions are retained for up to 12 months while your account remains active so you can return and reference them. Full retention details are in the Privacy Policy.

Pricing & Founding Artist Access

Yes. Royaltē is in active beta. Free scans are available now, and the platform's intelligence engines, Mission Control™, and ongoing monitoring continue to expand. Beta users help shape what ships next.

Yes. The free scan and your Royaltē Review™ are available at no cost during beta. Paid Pro Monitoring tiers will launch as Royaltē moves out of beta — Founding Artists keep their access locked in.

Founding Artist Access is a lifetime position in Royaltē. The first 1,000 artists to claim it lock in 30% off Pro Monitoring for the lifetime of their account — before Royaltē fully launches and the program closes permanently.

Founding Artists are the first inside Mission Control™ and the first to see every new intelligence engine as it goes live.

No. Founding Artist pricing exists once. When the 1,000 spots are claimed — or when Royaltē exits beta — the program closes permanently. The rate that is locked in stays locked in for the lifetime of your account; it does not reopen for anyone else.

07

Affiliate Program

Yes. Royaltē operates a creator and affiliate program for approved partners — artist managers, music business educators, and creators with engaged audiences in the artist-services space.

Founding affiliates earn 30% lifetime commission. Standard affiliates earn 20%.
