Everything you need to know about scans, audits, royalties, metadata issues, and how Royaltē helps artists uncover what traditional platforms miss.
Every flag is traced back to authoritative platform data — no speculation, no scraping shortcuts.
Built around how independent artists actually release, register, and track their catalogs.
Your catalog data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train external AI models.
No major-label gatekeeping. The tools labels keep in-house, packaged for artists who self-manage.

Royaltē is a music intelligence and audit platform designed to help artists uncover potential royalty, metadata, registration, and catalog issues across streaming and music ecosystems.
Think of it as an X-ray for your release backend — surfacing the gaps and inconsistencies that quietly block royalty flow.
Royaltē scans your artist catalog and music data to identify potential problems that may be affecting royalty visibility, registrations, metadata consistency, and platform presence.
The audit covers six modules: metadata integrity, platform coverage, publishing risk, duplicate detection, YouTube and UGC presence, and sync readiness.
No. Royaltē does not distribute music and is not a replacement for DistroKid, TuneCore, CD Baby, or any other distribution service.
We sit alongside your existing distributor — auditing what's already out in the world and surfacing what may be misaligned.
No. Royaltē identifies issues and provides guidance, but we do not collect royalties on your behalf.
Recovery still happens through your existing distributors, publishers, PROs, and collection societies. Royaltē tells you what to chase and where — the chasing is yours.
Independent artists, producers, songwriters, managers, and rights holders who want clarity on their catalog without paying for an enterprise audit.
If you've ever wondered whether something might be slipping through the cracks — Royaltē is built for you.
The free scan provides a preview of potential issues and visibility gaps detected across your catalog — including a risk score, top flagged items, and a high-level coverage summary.
It's designed to show you whether deeper auditing is worth your time. No commitment required.
No. Basic scans can be run without creating an account. Drop your Spotify artist URL or track link, and the scan returns within seconds.
Most scans complete within seconds. Larger catalogs may take slightly longer as Royaltē cross-references multiple data sources.
Warnings indicate potential inconsistencies or areas that may require further review — for example, a track present on Spotify but missing from Apple Music, an ISRC mismatch across platforms, or an incomplete sync readiness profile.
Warnings are not failures. They're prompts to look closer.
The Full Audit expands on the free scan with deeper analysis, issue-by-issue explanations, confidence indicators on every flag, and actionable recommendations you can take back to your distributor, publisher, or PRO.
You receive a structured PDF report plus an in-platform dashboard view.
Royaltē uses a tiered confidence system on every flag — HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW, and AUTH_UNAVAILABLE.
HIGH-confidence flags are based on verified data from authoritative sources — ISRC mismatches, missing platform listings, duplicate registrations, and similar verifiable signals.
LOW-confidence flags are inferences worth investigating but not guaranteed. Every flag in your report includes the data source and reasoning so you can verify it independently before taking action.
No. Royaltē provides intelligence and guidance — not collections. Recovery actions must be completed through your distributor, publisher, PRO, or the appropriate collection organization.
Our role is to identify the gaps and tell you exactly who to contact and what to ask. The recovery itself happens through your existing rights infrastructure.
No audit platform can guarantee recovery outcomes. Royaltē highlights potential issues using verified and inferred data signals — but the final outcome depends on your distributor's response, the platform's policies, and the specific circumstances of each flagged item.
What we do guarantee: every flag is traceable, explainable, and accompanied by the reasoning behind it.
Spotify and Apple Music are fully supported today. Deezer is integrated for cross-platform coverage analysis.
Additional platforms — including Tidal, Amazon Music, and YouTube Music — are on the 2026 roadmap.
Songwriter-focused tools and registration verification systems are currently in development. Today's audits include publishing risk detection, but dedicated songwriter dashboards (PRO registration checks, split-sheet validation, sync match opportunities) are part of the next coverage phase.
Yes. Royaltē is designed to support artists globally — territory-aware coverage analysis is built into the audit engine, and platform availability is checked across multiple international storefronts.
No. We don't sell, share, or rent your audit data to advertisers, data brokers, or third parties. Your catalog data is used solely to deliver the audit service you've requested.
No. Private audit submissions are not used to train public AI systems. Your data is processed for your audit and is not pooled into any external model training pipelines.
Yes. You can request account or audit deletion at any time through the contact form. Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable data protection regulations.
Audit results are retained while your account remains active so you can return and reference them. If you close your account or request deletion, we remove your audit data from active systems.
Anonymized aggregate metrics (total scans run, flag distribution at the platform level) may be retained for product improvement, but never tied back to individual artists.
